Our policies

What to know before you book. The spa sets its prices and they show on the booking page.

Booking and deposits

Book online, on WhatsApp or by phone. A single treatment takes no deposit. For a group of four or more, the booking page asks for a deposit to hold the day; it goes toward your service total, and you see it before you confirm.

Canceling and running late

Let us know at least 48 hours ahead for a group and 24 hours for a single treatment, and we will move or cancel the booking. If you arrive late, we shorten your treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss your appointment and haven't told us, we may ask for a deposit the next time you book. If something comes up on the wedding day, message us on WhatsApp: we would rather move the time.

Children and companions

Treatments are for guests 16 and older. A parent or guardian books for anyone under 18 and stays in the building. The steam room is for guests 18 and older, and children wait in the lounge with an adult.

Patch tests and allergies

The booking tool asks about oils, products and sensitivities; this website does not. Tell your therapist or esthetician when you arrive, too, and we will change what we need to.

If you're not happy

If something about your treatment wasn't what you hoped, tell us within a few days and we will make it right together.

Tipping

Tipping is not added to your total. Leave what you like for the person who looked after you, in cash or by card, or split it among the group.

Using the thermal areas

In the steam room you can wear the robe or a swimsuit, whichever feels better. Tie your hair up, shower first and drink water. Towels are provided, and the slippers are for wearing in the spa.

Phones and quiet

No phones or photos where anyone is changing or resting. The lounge is for quiet voices, and group photos are taken at the entrance.

When to ask your doctor first

If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before using the steam room or the tub. Leave the room if you feel dizzy or unwell.
