How pricing works

The spa sets its prices and they show on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what decides them and what to expect from the visit.

  • What decides the price

Four things decide the price: how long the treatment is, what kind it is, whether you add an add-on and whether you come with someone.

    • The length of the treatment

    • Massage, facial, or hands and feet

    • An add-on such as the steam room or the tub

    • The suite for one person, or for two

  • What the consultation covers

Every visit starts with a few minutes to talk about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want to tell us that day. For a facial, Karely looks at your skin first. Those minutes are part of your appointment.

  • Deposits

A single treatment takes no deposit. For a group of four or more, the booking page asks for a deposit to hold the day; it goes toward the service total, and you see it before you confirm.

  • Canceling or running late

We ask for 48 hours' notice for a group and 24 hours for a single treatment. If you arrive late, we shorten the treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.

  • How levels set the price

A therapist with more years at the spa sets a different price for their time. When you book you see who does each treatment and the price that goes with it.

  • Add-ons and changes on the day

Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell your therapist that day. The steam room, the tub and the scrub add to the length of the treatment, and the front desk confirms them.

  • Tipping

Tipping is not added to your total. Leave what you like for the person who looked after you, or split it among the group.

  • A gift card works for any amount, for any treatment or for a group day. Whoever receives it books like anyone else. Ask us about expiry in Texas.
