Arrive ten minutes early. Your therapist or esthetician talks with you about what you would like, and then the treatment begins. Afterward there is tea and a little time to rest.

Comfortable clothes and, on the wedding day, the outfit in its garment bag. We give you robes, slippers, towels and a place to keep your things.

For a wedding, eight weeks ahead if you can. For a single treatment there is sometimes room the same week; message us and we will tell you.

Yes. The suite takes two at a time and we build shifts. For a group of four or more, the booking page asks for a deposit that goes toward the total.

Yes. They can wait in the lounge with tea and water while the others go into the suite.

Ask your doctor first. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, check before using the steam room.

Tipping is not added to your total. Leave what you like for the person who looked after you, or split it among the group.

No phones or photos where anyone is changing or resting. Group photos are taken at the entrance.
