For brides and bridesmaids

From the first message to the wedding day

A simple order so nobody has to guess. We adjust it to your date.

  1. 01

Step 1: Eight weeks out: message us

Send us the date, how many are coming and whether it is for the bride alone or the whole group. Cristela holds the day, and the booking page asks for a deposit that goes toward the total; you see it before you confirm.

  2. 02

Step 2: Four weeks out: the trial

The bride can come for a trial facial with Karely. Meanwhile the bridesmaids choose their treatments and the order they go through the suite.

  3. 03

Step 3: Wedding week: we confirm

Cristela sends the final list of times and treatments on WhatsApp. If anyone is pregnant or has been told by a doctor to take care with heat, they should ask first about the steam room.

  4. 04

Step 4: The day: your party

Arrive fifteen minutes early. We give you robes, slippers and tea; you go into the suite two at a time and the others rest in the lounge until it is their turn.

Questions

Before you write

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Cristela, Karely, Luisana and Conrado all speak Spanish, and so does whoever answers WhatsApp. Cristela, Karely and Luisana also speak English.

Can we book for the whole group?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the date and how many of you there are. The suite takes two at a time, so we build shifts. For a group of four or more, the booking page asks for a deposit that goes toward the total.

What should we bring?

Comfortable clothes and, on the wedding day, the outfit in its garment bag to change into afterward. We give you robes, slippers, towels and a place to keep your things.

Can someone come who doesn't want a treatment?

Yes. A mother, a grandmother or a friend can wait in the lounge with tea and water while the others go into the suite.

Can I use the steam room if I'm pregnant?

Ask your doctor first. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, check before using the steam room. Leave the room if you feel dizzy or unwell.
